Steel Cutting Grades of Tungsten Carbide Composite Welding Rod, Special Tungsten Carbide Bar for Oil Industry Parts

After the welding rod is melted, it is welded to the part surface to enhance the wear resistance.
The tungsten carbide blocks with sharp edges and corners are knocked off from top grade of 100% virgin raw material, which holding superior hot- resistance and abrasion performance.
Therefore, our tungsten carbide composite rod providing longer life.

 

Technical parameters:
The sizes of diameter from 1-13.5mm are all available. The rod length can be customized on your request.
Like, 1/16" tungsten carbide grain rods, or 3/16" carbide rods. And the rods are all made of virgin tungsten carbide with the top hot-resistance and abrasion performance.
You can choose two items as follows, 
A: tungsten carbide + copper (Cu) a little yellow color
B: tungsten carbide + nickel (Ni) a light white color

2 3.2-4.8mm
3 4.8-6.4mm
4 6.4-8.0mm
5 8.0-9.5mm

The hardness is above HRA 90, and the particles, which have the best wear resistance among hard alloys, are made of carbide top hammers.
Carbide top hammer, which is a key component of the ultra-high pressure and high temperature device to synthesize artificial diamond by static pressure method.
Most of the top hammers are made of tungsten drill series cemented carbide, which has high strength, wear resistance, good toughness, and thermal stability.
