Customized production and processing of the elliptical tungsten carbide micro-hole insert were carried out based on customer-provided drawings. Similar to tungsten carbide nozzles, this product adheres to detailed dimensions: φ3*φ2*φ1.3*0.47*0.27*2-R0.06*7.
At the R0.06 position, there is an elliptical shape of micro-holes, and the tolerance requirement at the φ3 position is -0.015/-0.025, which is a critical assembly location with strict dimensional requirements.
The 0.47 and 0.27 positions are utilization dimensions, demanding precise control of machining dimensions.
