Tungsten carbide valve bushing are widely used in liquid drilling industries such as oil and gas due to their good physical properties. The working environment of the oil and gas drilling industry is harsh. Sand-containing wells, heavy oil wells, and high-pressure anti-oleophobic wells usually contain water, various gases, wax, sand and other highly corrosive substances. The oil pump needs to pump oil and natural gas up from the formations hundreds or even thousands of meters deep, which requires the valve bushing, valve core, valve ball and valve seat to have good sealing, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. In some deep oil wells with high water content and no gas, as well as oil wells with strong corrosiveness and large sand content, tungsten carbide valve bushing can better demonstrate the excellent properties of high density, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Its size specifications are: φ33*φ23.5*φ18.5*φ10.45-φ10.05*φ27.8. The row position tolerance requires cylindricity of 0.005, coaxiality of 0.003, and verticality of 0.003. The φ2.5 oil hole and the eccentric hole are well connected, and the φ1.588 steel ball can pass through smoothly. The oil hole orifice remains sharp and burr-free. The outer diameter and inner diameter smoothness meets Ra0.2. After mirror polishing, it exudes a beautiful metallic luster.

Processing of Tungsten Carbide
