High Performance Sintering Tungsten Nickel Iron Alloy Rod
Tungsten heavy alloy is a kind of alloy using tungsten as matrix and adding a small amount of nickel, iron, copper, and other alloying elements, with the characteristics such as: high and adjustable density (~ 18.5g/cm3), good absorption ability of high-energy radiation (1/3 higher than the absorptivity of lead ray), low coefficient of thermal expansion (4 ~ 6×10-6/ºC), good plasticity, high strength and elasticity modulus, machinability, and weldability.
Tungsten Nickel Copper alloys also has non-magnetic property, which make them extensively used in radiation protection with sensitive environment.
Size details:
The maximum diameter we can produce h6 grinded W90Ni6Fe4 is 80mm.
Application:
Radiation protection and guidance:
Because of its high density (~18.8 g / cm3), and excellent X-ray, gamma ray absorptive capacity, excellent process ability, making Tungsten Nickel Iron alloy become ideal material for radiation therapy collimator and protection components.
Balance weights:
It is widely used in automobile crankshaft counterweight, oil weight, security defense, precision optical instruments, due to the magnetic properties, high proportion of tungsten copper nickel alloy especially for in the aviation electron system.

Because of the high density but small size, tungsten alloy products are packaged in sturdy boxes and sealed to ensure that they reach their destination safely. Packaging materials used include bubble wrap, foam, bubble bags, cardboard, and other appropriate materials provided as necessary.
We use only the highest quality packaging materials to ensure the safe arrival of your products.
We ship our products using reliable and efficient courier services, especially by air.
We mainly offer express shipping for urgent orders like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.
According to customer's drawings, the production process of tungsten shields is divided into seven stages, including material mixing, pressing, sintering, molding, thermal treatment, machining, and assembly.
We strictly select and check each batch of raw materials and inspect each technology implementation process, and then after the almost demanding finished product inspection, we ultimately guarantee the high quality of each piece of tungsten shield delivered to the customers.
