Tungsten Alloy Shielding Part Collimator of Comb Shape

This is a shielding part which was made a lot of seams. 95 seams in total.

Technical request:
1, The center line of the grooves and that of the module must be coincident, and the tolerance should not be greater than 0.01mm.
2,The dimensional tolerance of the center distance of the alignment seam must be guaranteed. 
3,The alignment joint and the installation base surface must be vertical, and the verticality is ensured to be 0.01.
4, The material density should not be less than 18.3g/cm3. The shielding part should be cleaned after processing.
5, Unnoted linear dimensional tolerances shall comply with the requirements of GB/T1804-f
    Uninjected geometric tolerances shall comply with the requirements of GB/T1184-H


Application:
Radiation protection and guidance:
Because of its high density (~18.8 g / cm3), and excellent X-ray, gamma ray absorptive capacity, excellent process ability, making Tungsten Nickel Iron alloy become ideal material for radiation therapy collimator and protection components.

Balance weights:
It is widely used in automobile crankshaft counterweight, oil weight, security defense, precision optical instruments, due to the magnetic properties, high proportion of tungsten copper nickel alloy especially for in the aviation electron system.

Special application, it has the following two characteristics:
1, material particularity, tungsten, nickel and iron, the main role of shielding radioactive radiation, generally used in medical devices.
