Laser solder ball spray welding machine is a mechanical equipment used for precision microelectronic solder ball soldering operations. Its usage principle is that the laser is transmitted through the optical fiber, the output port is installed above the solder ball outlet, and an inlet for high-pressure gas is placed on the annular cavity, and the solder ball is melted by the laser. Then the high-pressure inert gas has enough pressure to drop the molten tin balls from the tungsten steel nozzle.
